The Staff Nurse assesses, plans, and implements nursing care to meet the physical, social, and psychological needs of patients. They collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to monitor progress, manage crises, and provide clinical direction to other staff.
Candidates must have current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the BCCNM. Required skills include effective communication, CPR proficiency, and the ability to lead patient and family group sessions.
