The Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse provides safe, respectful nursing care and develops individualized care plans for residents in a long-term care setting. They also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, supervise care staff, and manage medication administration and documentation.
Candidates must hold current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives. Strong clinical skills, effective communication, and the ability to perform CPR are required for this role.
Summary
Join a dedicated team providing compassionate, top-notch care to residents in our long-term care homes as a Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse. As an RN/RPN in LTC, you will develop individualized care plans, supervise care staff, and collaborate with physicians and families to ensure the highest quality of life for residents.
