The Staff Nurse assesses, plans, and implements nursing care to meet the physical, social, and psychological needs of patients. They collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to monitor progress, manage crises, and facilitate discharge planning.
Candidates must hold a current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the BCCNM. Proficiency in CPR and the ability to communicate effectively in a clinical environment are required.
