Position Title: Executive Protection Agent
Rate of Pay: $75.45 per hour, hourly non-exempt, W2 employee

This is a new position supporting a premier client located in downtown San Francisco.

QualificationsEssential Functions
Serve as a member of the Quick Response Team, providing crisis prevention, intervention, and emergency response support
Protect client personnel including executive leadership, employees, and customers in a dynamic urban environment
Conduct threat assessments, site surveys, advance work, and real-time situational monitoring
Respond rapidly and decisively to emerging threats, security incidents, and emergency situations
Provide tactical first aid and emergency medical response as required
Operate and safely carry an authorized firearm in accordance with all applicable laws, company policy, and client requirements
Maintain detailed incident documentation, operational logs, and after-action reports
Coordinate closely with client security teams, law enforcement, and emergency services
Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct, discretion, and operational security at all times
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 21 years of age.
Ten plus years of extensive law enforcement, public safety or security operations preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of documented SWAT or equivalent tactical team experience required.
Basic technical and tactical shooting skills and fundamental combative abilities.
Tactical first aid and emergency medical response training required.
Must possess a valid California Concealed Weapon Permit.
Must hold and maintain a current California BSIS Guard Card and firearm permit.
Must possess a valid driver's license (maintained throughout employment).
Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
A LEOSA or HR218 is required.
Candidates who meet the initial qualifications will be required to pass a job-related physical agility assessment as part of the screening and hiring process.

Schedule

Mobility & Stamina
Must be able to stand, walk, and remain on foot for extended periods up to 12 consecutive hours across uneven terrain, stairs, inclines, and indoor and outdoor environments in all weather conditions
Must be able to sprint short distances, crouch, kneel, bend, and assume defensive or low-profile positions as operational demands require
Must be able to ascend and descend stairs, ramps, and elevated platforms rapidly while maintaining situational awareness

Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds during specific assigned tasks

Must demonstrate safe and proficient handling, deployment, operation, and re-holstering of a firearm under stress, in low-light conditions, and with one hand if required
Must maintain the dexterity to apply restraints, administer first aid, and operate communications and electronic equipment in dynamic environments

Must be able to work effectively across a full range of weather conditions and environments including extreme heat, cold, rain, wind, and direct sun exposure for extended durations
