The intern will handle customer inquiries, manage returns and cancellations, and coordinate with partners to resolve delivery issues. They will also support the creation of new customer accounts and collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Supplier Management departments.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a business-related degree program and seeking a mandatory internship of at least 3 months. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good German language skills are required.
