Oversee daily operations of the childcare facility to ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment. Lead and develop a team of educators while managing enrollment, budgeting, and relationships with families.
Requires 3-5 years of experience in early childhood education leadership and knowledge of Washington State licensing regulations. A bachelor's degree in a related field and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred or required.
