Lead and manage all health, safety, and environmental programs at the Dallas manufacturing facility to drive a strong safety culture. Develop and implement safety policies, conduct audits, and ensure full compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of safety experience in a manufacturing environment and completion of OSHA 511. A bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or a related field and professional certifications like CSP or ASP are preferred.
The HSE Manager (HSEM) is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the health, safety, and environmental (HSE) program at the PPV Dallas manufacturing facility. This role is instrumental in driving a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with operations to reduce risk and improve overall safety performance.
The HSEM will develop, implement, and maintain safety programs that align with company standards and regulatory requirements, while actively engaging employees at all levels to promote ownership and accountability for safety.
