Candidates should ideally have over one year of experience in the hotel industry and possess strong English communication skills. The role requires physical fitness, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong orientation toward customer service.
As a Housekeeping Attendant you showcase the property from
the moment they arrive ensuring that the guest stays in a safe, clean
environment. You are responsible for how the hotel shines and sparkles,
that all public surfaces and areas are at their best and reporting any issues
you find. You also support the hotel in the back of house to ensure that office
spaces are safe and clean for all your colleagues. This important role requires great customer services skills,
fitness, cleaning skills, attention to detail and a genuine care about what you
do.
