The Manufacturing Engineer leads new tool introduction and ongoing tool optimization for fineblanking production while playing an active role in the APQP process. They are responsible for creating detailed tooling drawings, maintaining engineering documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.
Candidates must possess a university degree or college diploma in engineering and at least 5 years of manufacturing experience. Proficiency in computer engineering applications like SolidWorks or AutoCAD and experience with metal stamping and tool design are required.
