The role involves distributing early delivery newspapers and letters to households in the Lahti area. Responsibilities include collecting sorted mail from the distribution point and delivering it via a designated route using a car.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with good physical fitness and a positive, customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work independently in outdoor conditions, regardless of weather, is required.

Palkkaamme tänäkin kesänä satoja kesätyöntekijöitä toimipisteisiimme ympäri Suomen. Postilaisena olet osa toisistaan välittävää työyhteisöä ja teet tärkeää työtä monipuolisella logistiikka-alalla. Tervetuloa mukaan välittämään!
Varhaisjakajana pääset nauttimaan kesästä töiden lomassa!
Varhaisjakajan työnkuvaan kuuluu varhaisjakelulehtien ja kirjepostin jakaminen kotitalouksiin Lahden alueella. Työvuoro alkaa lajitellun postin noutamisesta jakelutoimipaikasta, jonka jälkeen autoa apuna käyttäen jaat postin omalle jakoreitillesi. Päivän päätteeksi palaat jakelutoimipaikkaan.
Varhaisjakajan työ vaatii hyvää fyysistä kuntoa, sillä liikkeessä ollaan pitkälti koko päivä. Myös tarkkuus ja asiakaspalveluhenkisyys ovat tärkeitä, sillä postinjakajana työskentelet aivan asiakasrajapinnassa. Itse työhön tarjoamme kuitenkin kattavan perehdytyksen, jossa pääset ensimmäiseksi seuraamaan kokeneen varhaisjakajan työtä ja oppimaan esimerkkien kautta. Kerrothan kuitenkin hakemuksessasi, mikäli sinulta löytyy aiempaa kokemusta vastaavista työtehtävistä!
Töitä on tarjolla keskimäärin 24h/vk ja töitä on noin 6pv/viikko. Työsuhde on määräaikainen alkaen pikaisesti ja päättyen 30.8.2026.
Palkka määräytyy Media- ja Teollisuusliiton työehtosopimuksen mukaisesti ja on työsuhteen alkaessa 10,54 €/tunti + yölisä 1,28 €/tunti = 11,82 €/tunti
