The Project Architect or Job Captain will develop design concepts into high-quality documents and coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors. They are responsible for technical oversight, ensuring code compliance, and managing all phases of architectural design through construction administration.
Candidates must have a minimum of 7+ years of industry experience with a strong background in project documentation and coordination. Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite is required, while professional licensure is preferred.

In this position you will be working closely with the Project Manager and an integrated team of design professionals developing design concepts into high-quality documents for our clients. This position will provide an opportunity to collaborate with integrated design teams on industrial, civic and/or education-related projects of various sizes and complexities.

Salary & Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 annually. Salary may be impacted by candidates years of experience, specific market sector experience, licensure and/or potential involvement in business development. Full-time individuals in this role are eligible to participate in our benefit programs which include bonuses, profit sharing, 401K contributions, paid holidays, paid time off, continuing education, paid licensure & professional memberships as well as medical, dental, vision, FSA including Medical and Dependent Care, life and short/long term disability programs.
