The Staff Accountant is responsible for managing financial reporting, general ledger accuracy, and cost accounting within a manufacturing environment. They will also handle accounts payable/receivable, support budgeting cycles, and ensure GAAP compliance through audits.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance and at least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing. Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and a strong understanding of cost accounting principles are required.

Compensation: Competitive salary and bonus package
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours/week, on-site (no hybrid or remote work)
