Own the full accounting function across multiple gaming and entertainment entities, focusing on building scalable processes and financial infrastructure. Partner with the CFO and cross-functional teams to manage general ledgers, cash flow, and revenue recognition under ASC 606.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a CPA designation, with over 10 years of progressive accounting leadership experience. Strong proficiency in Excel and experience in the gaming, entertainment, or tech industries is highly preferred.

As we continue to grow and expand our portfolio, we are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Controller to join our Las Vegas team.
As PM Studios continues to scale its portfolio of games and publishing partnerships, we are looking for a Controller who is as comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment as they are in the details of a balance sheet. This is a foundational finance role for someone who wants to help build something — not just maintain it. Candidates must be comfortable working in an environment where systems, documentation, and processes are still evolving and require refinement and structure.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will own the full accounting function across our portfolio of gaming and entertainment entities. You'll be the financial backbone of the organization, partnering closely with development, publishing, and operations teams to bring financial clarity to a business that moves at the speed of the games industry. This is not a maintenance accounting role. The successful candidate will be responsible for building scalable accounting processes, strengthening controls, improving historical record keeping, and helping establish the finance infrastructure needed to support future growth.
