Au sein de Marchand, vous contribuez activement au contrôle et à la sécurisation des opérations liées aux paiements et aux utilisations de nos produits, tout en développant vos compétences dans un environnement formateur.
Vous travaillez en transverse avec de nombreuses équipes internes (SRA, DSC, DAF, DSI, Commerce) et au contact de nos prestataires externes.
🛠️ Vos missions
Analyser et traiter les opérations en suspens ainsi que les rapprochements manuels.
Traiter les demandes de clôture et d'activation des comptes bénéficiaires.
Analyser et traiter les fraudes en ligne et les utilisations litigieuses.
Assurer un back-up et/ou un renfort sur les différentes tâches du service selon les besoins de l'activité.
