Lead the community maintenance team in ensuring the physical integrity and safety of the residential property. Perform hands-on maintenance tasks, including HVAC repair, apartment preparation, and work order completion.
Requires 3-5 years of multi-family maintenance experience and previous supervisory experience. Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a standard set of maintenance tools.
