The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the residential community and preparing apartments for new residents. Duties include completing work orders and performing repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Candidates must have maintenance or handyman experience and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Applicants must possess their own basic tools and be available for an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
