Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebsteams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Gebietsleitung Gastronomie & Foodservice. In dieser Rolle baust du unser Kundennetzwerk weiter aus, entwickelst langfristige Partnerschaften und repräsentierst Planted mit Begeisterung bei Kunden, Veranstaltungen und Branchenevents. Bewerbungen aus allen Bundesländern sind herzlich willkommen. Das konkrete Vertriebsgebiet wird gemeinsam anhand des Wohnorts und der Unternehmensbedarfe festgelegt.
Dein Aufgabenbereich:
Betreuung und proaktive Akquise neuer regionaler Key Accounts im Foodservice (Szenerestaurants, Systemgastronomie, Gemeinschaftsverpflegung, Caterer und weitere)
Verantwortung für den Auf- und Ausbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen
Nachverfolgung und internes Reporting relevanter Sales-KPIs
Repräsentation von Planted auf Messen, Verkostungen und weiteren Veranstaltungen
Einholung von Kundenfeedback zu den Produkten sowie Weitergabe relevanter Erkenntnisse an interne Stakeholder
Sicherstellung der Markenpräsenz auf Speisekarten sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen am POS, auf Social Media und über weitere Kanäle
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küchenchefs und gastronomischen Leitungen, Beratung bei der Produktauswahl und Menügestaltung sowie Unterstützung als Culinary Advisor
Das bringst du mit:
Branchenkenntnisse im Foodservice und/oder der Lebensmittelindustrie sowie erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb
Erfahrung in der Gastronomie und Leidenschaft fürs Kochen sind von Vorteil
Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Freude am Aufbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen
Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
Selbstständige, strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise
