Provide on-site construction management support for EHRM infrastructure upgrades, coordinating submittals, schedules, and RFIs. Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with VA standards and coordinate project closeout activities with stakeholders.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management with at least 3 years of experience, or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree. Must hold an OSHA 30 certification and possess a valid US driver's license.
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager that will support the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Project at the Hudson Valley Health Care System, FDR Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Montrose, New York. You will provide on-site construction management support throughout the construction phase, working closely with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), project stakeholders, and construction contractors.
Salary range for this position is $100,000 – 120,000/year (range varies depending on experience and qualifications).
