The Bar Prep team is responsible for daily juice preparation, batching cocktails, and ensuring all bar ingredients are stocked and ready for service. They must maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across all prep areas.
Previous experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments is preferred. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Pinyon, the newest concept from Hi Noon Hospitality, brings the coastal flavors and welcoming spirit of the Mediterranean to Old Town Scottsdale. Slated to open in fall 2025, the restaurant delivers vibrant, alfresco dining overlooking the park, complete with house made pita, open-flame grilled specialties, seasonal salads, crudos, spreads, and dips inspired by over 20 Mediterranean countries.
Position Overview:
The Bar Prep team plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in delivering a seamless, high-quality bar experience. Working early morning shifts, this position ensures the bar is fully prepped, stocked, and ready for service by executing all daily juice preparation, batching, and ingredient setup.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in precision, consistency, and supporting a high-performing bar team.

According to the villagers, this particular tree was revered not only for its resilience but for the extraordinary pine nuts it produced—tiny treasures with a flavor unlike any other. For generations, families had gathered these delicacies, believing they carried a quiet, almost mystical energy. They were the heart of cherished recipes, woven into celebrations and everyday meals alike, connecting each bite to a lineage of tradition and love. Its spirit inspires us at Pinyon, where we celebrate the Mediterranean Coast’s vibrant food culture across its 20+ countries — a tradition of simple, extraordinary flavors that bring people together, one meal at a time.
