Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans through therapeutic exercises and periodic reassessments. Document clinical progress and coordinate with physical therapists and nursing staff to ensure effective patient discharge and support.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and a licensed PTA in Florida with current BLS certification. Requires a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation, with home healthcare experience preferred.
