Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans through therapeutic exercises and periodic reassessments. Document clinical progress and coordinate with PTs and nursing staff to ensure effective patient discharge and support.
Must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program and a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Florida with current BLS certification. A valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation are required, with one year of home health experience preferred.
