Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans through therapeutic exercises and clinical documentation. Coordinate with physical therapists and nursing staff to monitor patient progress and manage discharge plans.
Must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program and a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Florida with BLS certification. A valid driver's license and insurance are required, with one year of home healthcare experience preferred.
