The Customer Success Executive acts as a technical expert managing complex customer challenges, onboarding, and adoption across a portfolio of enterprise clients. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in Customer Success or IT consulting, specifically with cloud services or identity management. Strong technical aptitude, exceptional communication skills, and experience with CRM tools like SFDC or Gainsight are required.

Salary Range: $131,000 - $150,000 + variable pay
In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
