The role involves handling help desk requests, providing end-user support, and installing or configuring hardware and software. Additionally, the technician will assist with Office 365 administration and document IT workflows for improvement.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, one year of experience, and be a U.S. Citizen. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in aircraft hangar environments is required.
Position Summary
We are seeking a candidate for Coatesville, PA location that has basic IT hardware and software skills, including installation and configuration. Functional troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle help desk requests. Experience with account management, software installations, and system permissions. Ability to train employees on IT best practices and security awareness. Familiarity with Office 365 applications. Excellent documentation skills and the knowledge base to suggest workflow improvements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and end-users. Lastly, strong acumen to follow directions and complete tasks assigned by senior IT staff.
