Provide social, emotional, and academic learning support to K-8 students in a non-public school setting. Lead counseling initiatives in a small school environment with favorable student-to-counselor ratios.
Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English. A MN School Counselor or School Social Worker License is preferred.

Phoenix School Counseling has full-time counselor position in non-public K-8 School for the 2026-2027 school year. We seek self-motivated and highly skilled counselors to lead in providing support to students in small schools with favorable student to counselor ratios.
