En tant que Graduate Clinical Application Specialist, vous intégrerez un programme structuré de développement des talents destiné à former les futurs spécialistes d’application clinique de l’activité Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGTD) de Philips en France et en Europe.
Au sein de cette fonction, vous deviendrez progressivement un partenaire clinique de confiance pour les établissements de santé, les médecins, les cardiologues et les équipes soignantes. Vous accompagnerez l’utilisation de nos technologies lors des procédures interventionnelles, contribuerez à la formation des utilisateurs et participerez à l’adoption de nos solutions innovantes auprès de nos clients.
Durant les six premiers mois, vous bénéficierez d’un parcours d’intégration et de formation complet couvrant notamment :
L’anatomie et les fondamentaux cliniques ;
Les bases des dispositifs médicaux ;
Les procédures de cardiologie structurelle ;
Les technologies Philips en thérapie guidée par l’image ;
Les programmes de formation et de certification clinique Philips.
Vous serez accompagné(e) par des spécialistes d’application expérimentés ainsi que par les équipes commerciales afin de développer progressivement l’expertise technique, clinique et relationnelle nécessaire à une intervention autonome auprès de nos clients.
Ce poste est proposé dans le cadre d’un contrat à durée déterminée (CDD) de 12 mois, avec des perspectives d’évolution au sein de Philips à l’issue du programme.
Vos missions
Accompagner les équipes médicales et paramédicales lors des procédures interventionnelles afin de garantir une utilisation optimale et sécurisée des technologies Philips.
Participer à la réalisation de démonstrations produits, de formations utilisateurs et d’activités de support clinique.
Collaborer étroitement avec les Responsables de Comptes, les Spécialistes Produits, les Clinical Application Specialists et les autres équipes internes pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
Développer une expertise clinique, technique et commerciale dans le domaine de l’Image Guided Therapy et des interventions de cardiologie structurelle.
Contribuer à la satisfaction client et à l’adoption des solutions Philips grâce à votre capacité d’écoute, votre curiosité et votre sens du service.
Assurer des déplacements fréquents sur l’ensemble du territoire français ainsi qu’occasionnellement en Europe dans le cadre des activités clients, des formations et des besoins de l’entreprise (environ 50 à 70 % du temps).
Profil recherché
Vous êtes récemment diplômé(e) d’une formation de niveau Bac+5 (Master ou diplôme d’ingénieur) en génie biomédical, ingénierie de la santé, technologies médicales ou dans un domaine scientifique équivalent.
Vous êtes basé(e) en France et disposez idéalement d’une mobilité nationale.
Vous faites preuve de curiosité, d’autonomie, de rigueur et souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement médical innovant et exigeant.
Vous possédez d’excellentes qualités relationnelles et appréciez le contact avec les professionnels de santé.
Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour les environnements cliniques et les fonctions à forte dimension terrain.
Vous maîtrisez couramment le français et l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
Vous êtes disposé(e) à effectuer de nombreux déplacements professionnels.
Une première connaissance de l’imagerie échographique et/ou des interventions de cardiologie structurelle (T-TEER, fermeture de l’auricule gauche – LAAC) constitue un atout.
