Oversee and coordinate flooring installation projects to ensure they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and resolve on-site technical challenges and complaints.
Requires experience in flooring installation and customer service, with a preference for 5 years of installation and 2 years of project lead experience. Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 65 lbs.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Flooring Field Project Manager with a strong background in flooring installation, customer service, and technical expertise. This role involves coordinating flooring installation projects, resolving issues on-site, and maintaining high-quality standards. Daily travel to customer sites is required, with extended drive times expected.
