The Operations Administrator acts as the primary point of contact for customers and provides front-line support at the Whyalla depot. They are responsible for verifying freight charges, reporting operational issues, and collaborating with drivers and dispatchers to ensure efficient service.
The ideal candidate should be a motivated problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment are required.

We employ 300 staff at our Gillman head office and in our regional depots in Port Augusta, Whyalla, Port Pirie, Kadina, Clare, Berri and Victor Harbor. This network enables us to provide next-day express freight services to all South Australia (Metro and Regional), Broken Hill and Mildura.
About the Role:We are seeking a vibrant and motivated Operations Administrator for our Whyalla Depot. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll effectively handle inquiries and provide front-line support, ensuring exceptional service is provided to our customer network. The position is responsible for cross checking any unusual freight, ensuring that system charges are correct, reporting any issues found to the relevant teams.
This is a permanent part-time position, Monday to Friday working 30 hours each week, 10am to 4pm.
