The Role at a Glance:

The Quality Control Technician will check eggs as they move on the conveyor over light through the candling booth. They will also be responsible for finished goods testing.

How You’ll Create Greater Impact:

In this role, you’ll help deliver the highest quality product while upholding our unwavering commitment to animal welfare, food safety, and responsible farming. You’ll act boldly, embrace continuous improvement, and partner with teammates and customers to deliver wins.

• Inspect the eggs at multiple stages of the processing process.
• Be aware of the blending changes as lot swaps occur.
• Ensure that all egg types are placed into the correct carton
• Ensure the correct dates are being used.
• Segregate eggs by dirts for rework and leakers into the waste barrels.
• Collect samples in a timely and efficient manner
• Clean-up work area at days end

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Processing experience preferred
• Quality experience preferred

Work Schedule & Hours:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM
• Shifts up to 12 hours per day, based on operational needs
• Start and end times may vary due to truck arrivals, order fulfillment, machine downtime, or production changes
• Flexibility required to adjust schedule as needed
