Manage 2-5 enterprise financial services accounts to drive platform adoption and customer engagement. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate ROI and identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
Requires 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment. Must possess strong analytical skills for ROI reporting and be comfortable with 20-30% travel to client sites.

What We Are Looking ForAs a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for partnering with both internal teams and customers to drive value through adoption of Persado’s platform. You will collaborate with customers daily to build relationships, establish success metrics & track results, drive utilization, bring awareness of all available Persado solutions, and uncover growth opportunities.
This is a remote role, but candidates should be located on the East Coast, preferably within the Washington, DC area, with the ability to travel occasionally to client locations, including DC, North Carolina, and New York.
