Collaborate with customers to create payment solutions and resolve credit card payment inquiries in both English and Spanish. Analyze account details and negotiate resolutions while meeting performance and quality goals.
Candidates must be driven problem solvers capable of providing empathetic support and professional communication. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this role.
