Act as a trusted HR partner to multiple clients, advising on employee relations, compliance, and performance management. Support operational initiatives including payroll, benefits administration, and HR process improvements.
Requires 5+ years of progressive HR experience and a bachelor's degree, with a preference for SHRM or PHR certifications. Must have experience with HRIS platforms and a proven ability to manage both tactical and strategic priorities.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an HR Generalist local to DFW to join our collaborative and high-performing People and Culture team.
