The Indigenous Relations Manager will develop and strengthen partnerships with Indigenous communities to support reconciliation and project success. They will provide regional insight to project teams, assist in Indigenous participation planning, and identify opportunities for economic and workforce development.
Candidates must have post-secondary education in a relevant field and demonstrated experience in Indigenous engagement and community partnership. Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of Indigenous governance and cultural context within Western Canada are required.
