The Senior Estimator conducts detailed analysis of contract documents and specifications to determine project requirements and establish critical path schedules. They lead the pricing of general expenses, perform quantity take-offs, and manage the trade buy-out strategy while liaising with consultants and clients.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent trade experience and at least 12 years of progressive experience in construction cost estimating. Proficiency in various delivery models such as hard bid, design-build, and construction management is required, along with strong leadership and organizational skills.
