Requires at least 2 years of construction estimating experience and proficiency with takeoff software like On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid. A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
Job Description
Performance Contracting is seeking an experienced Estimator for its PCI LYMO 585 operations based in Londonderry, NH. This individual will perform estimating duties for PCI's various scopes of work.
Job responsibilities:
Salary range: $86,500-$116,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.
This position is safety-sensitive.
