Assist carpenters with lumber installation and concrete form building while maintaining a clean and safe construction site. Responsible for transporting tools, loading materials, and assembling temporary structures like scaffolding.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and physically capable of lifting 40 pounds and standing for long periods outdoors. Basic math skills and the ability to follow supervisor instructions are required.

| Job Description |
| Job duties may include but are not limited to the following: |
| Assists carpenters by holding and securing lumber used in build process; ensures lumber is level or plumb during installation |
| Assists with building forms for pouring concrete |
| Prepares work area by transporting needed tools and equipment from storage facility |
| Loads and unloads building materials to be used on construction projects |
| Builds and disassembles scaffolding, bracing, and other temporary structures used on construction sites |
| Removes debris and possible hazards to keep construction sites clean and safe |
| Digs trenches and holes needed in construction projects |
| Keep machines serviced |
| Ability to follow instructions from supervisors, foremen, and carpenters |
| Knowledge of carpentry and construction techniques and procedures |
| On-the-job training offered |
| This position is safety-sensitive. |
| Requirements |
