The Manufacturing Engineer will launch new product designs into production and implement process improvements to solve manufacturing issues. They will also create technical documentation, conduct failure analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or a related field. Previous internship or co-op experience and knowledge of manufacturing processes are required.

As a Manufacturing Engineer with The Modal Shop, you will apply your education, experience and expertise in the launch of new product designs into manufacturing, to make process improvements and to solve manufacturing problems.
