The Director of Business Development is responsible for obtaining new strategic work in Water Treatment Construction Services by developing client relationships and leading business development efforts. This includes managing the RFP process from start to finish and executing the department's annual work plan aligned with the corporate strategic plan.
The candidate must be able to lead pre-proposal efforts, coordinate with estimating and operations teams, and deliver winning proposals. Experience in managing strategic partnerships and representing the company at trade shows and conferences is required.
PC is seeking a Director of Business Development to support sales activities in Water Treatment Construction Services. This support is in conjunction with the Company's Three-Year Business and sales plans, and Corporate Strategic Plan. Specifically, this individual is responsible for obtaining new strategic work by maintaining contacts with potential clients, developing relationships, and participating in all aspects of the Company’s business development efforts. This position can be based in Florida.
