The Project Manager is responsible for leading federal construction projects by ensuring contractual requirements, safety standards, and budget goals are met. They will manage project schedules, staffing, procurement, and quality control while fostering effective communication among project partners.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience in construction project management or assistant project management. A background in contract administration and specific experience with federal construction projects is required.

This position has a pay range of $110,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on experience, in addition to an extensive benefits package that includes company stock, project bonus, and a profit-sharing bonus.
