Our Parts Technicians are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers through selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories. Responsibilities
Provide an exceptional customer service experience in person and on the phone
Assist internal and external customers with troubleshooting, locating parts and resources, and placing orders
Make suggestions for additional items that may be beneficial or help with preventative maintenance
Assisting in all areas of the parts department as needed such as housekeeping, stocking shelves, merchandising
Receive, put away and count inventory
Build and maintain customer and co-worker relationships
Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge
Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Agriculture parts and machinery knowledge
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Experience working with software systems
The ability to lift heavy parts
A valid driver’s license
The ability to work flexible/extended hours and weekends
Farming background/experience an asset
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Parts Department environment
Journeyman Parts Designation an asset
