Lead a cross-functional engineering team across iOS, Android, Backend, and QA while managing hiring and career development. Drive technical direction and architectural decisions to ensure scalable, high-performing microservices systems.
Requires at least 7 years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in Node.js, AWS, and event-driven architectures. Candidates should possess a coaching mindset and hands-on experience using AI tools to improve engineering workflows.
As a Lead Engineering for Video & Social Dating, you are responsible for leading a cross-functional team spanning iOS, Android, Backend, and QA. You combine strong technical expertise with people leadership, ensuring your team delivers high-quality features while continuously evolving technically and operationally.
You collaborate closely with other Leads, Product, and Agile to drive product success and platform maturity. This role balances hands-on engineering with leadership, giving you a direct impact on what we build, how we build it, and how the team grows.
