The Resident Project Representative ensures construction quality by verifying installations, dimensions, and materials against plans and specifications. They document progress through daily logs and photographs while collaborating with project engineers to resolve deficiencies.
A bachelor's degree in construction engineering or technology is preferred, with at least 5 years of construction-related experience required. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be available to work non-standard hours, including weekends and nights.
