The Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing high-quality meals according to established menus while maintaining strict food safety and cleanliness standards. They also support the Executive Chef in kitchen operations, lead the team when necessary, and engage with residents to ensure dining satisfaction.
Candidates must possess a culinary diploma or equivalent with at least two years of relevant experience, along with Food Safe Level 1 and WHMIS certifications. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service to seniors are essential.
