We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant & Office Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will support multiple executives while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings for multiple executives
• Attend meetings, document key takeaways and action items, and track follow-ups
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including suppliers, office supplies, facilities, and general office needs
• Plan and coordinate international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings
• Provide administrative and operational support to various departments as needed
• Plan and coordinate company events and employee engagement activities
• Manage the office budget and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers
• Handle personal and ad hoc tasks for executives as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role, preferably within a tech company
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple priorities
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach
• High level of discretion, professionalism, resourcefulness, and problem-solving ability
