About the Role

As an Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the daily operation and quality of our AI-powered trade-in platform.

This is not a traditional customer support role.

Your work will combine operational monitoring, AI quality validation, partner support, and problem solving. You’ll review and assess grading sessions performed by our AI, investigate operational issues, help partners resolve day-to-day challenges, and work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to continuously improve our platform.

Success in this role comes from analytical thinking, consistency, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in technology.

What You’ll Do

• Review and assess smartphone grading sessions and grading results generated by our AI platform to ensure quality and consistency.
• Monitor the daily performance of our global trade-in platform and identify operational issues.
• Investigate platform behaviour, grading discrepancies, and partner-reported issues.
• Support business partners via our support platform, email, and phone, helping them resolve operational and product-related questions.
• Guide partners through structured troubleshooting procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to Product or Engineering when necessary.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute ideas that improve our products, processes, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain high quality standards by following documented procedures and continuously improving best practices.

A Typical Day

A typical day may include:

• Reviewing AI-generated smartphone grading results.
• Investigating grading discrepancies and unusual cases.
• Helping retail partners troubleshoot platform-related issues.
• Monitoring operational performance across multiple markets.
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering on product improvements.
• Testing newly released features and providing feedback.
• Updating internal documentation and operational processes.

No two days are exactly the same, but every day you’ll directly contribute to improving the reliability of our AI platform and the experience of our partners around the world.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Fluent written and spoken French.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with technology and learning new software.
• Passion for smartphones and consumer technology.
• Ability to follow structured procedures consistently.
• Comfortable making independent decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Availability during French retail business hours.
