Perform specific dishwashing duties to ensure residents and guests have a high-quality dining experience. Support the culinary team by maintaining a clean and efficient dish room.
A valid Food Handlers card is required for this position. A ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate is considered a plus.
Mirabella Portland, Portland’s premier upscale senior living community, is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to join our team. At the direction of the Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and/or Utility Lead you will be assigned specific dishwashing duties to ensure that the residents and guests are provided with a dining experience that exceeds their expectations.
We are not a nursing home or typical retirement community. At our luxury, resort-like community, we are driven to provide our residents with the best service the Portland Area has to offer, so our residents don’t need to leave home for an incredible culinary experience.
The successful candidate will bring energy, great ideas to make us all better, and ambition to learn new things in order to progress from the dish room to the cooks’ line. The dishwasher has the most important role and hardest job in the kitchen, so if you want to be treated like you matter, come join us in pushing the envelope!
Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 hr / DOE
