The Senior Director of Finance Transformation leads the strategic evolution of the finance function to support business growth and operational excellence. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA preferred. The Senior Director, Finance Transformation, is responsible for leading the strategic evolution of the finance function to support business growth, operational excellence, and value creation across a complex distribution and products organization. This leader will develop and execute a multi-year finance transformation roadmap focused on process standardization, technology modernization, organizational effectiveness, data and analytics, and enhanced business decision support.
The role serves as a key partner to Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Procurement, and IT leaders to drive enterprise-wide initiatives that improve financial performance, scalability, reporting capabilities, controls, and customer service while reducing complexity and cost.
