You will provide emotional support and therapeutic play to pediatric patients to help them cope with hospitalization and medical procedures. Additionally, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create care plans and provide guidance to families and caregivers.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Child Life, Psychology, or a related field and have completed a 600-hour clinical internship. Certification as a Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) is required within one year of employment.
