Responsibilities
This position facilitates learning for the Engineering Technologies program by teaching evening courses in Tulsa, OK. The instructor will cover topics including AC/DC circuits, digital systems, PLCs, and electronic control devices.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least an associate's degree in Engineering Technologies or a related field, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Applicants are required to have 3+ years of engineering experience, an Electrical Journeyman license, and a valid Oklahoma driver's license.
Variable schedule. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday night classes in Tulsa, OK. Weekends as needed.

About this Position
GENERAL SUMMARY:
This position will facilitate learning for the Engineering Technologies program for evening courses located in Tulsa, OK. Courses are based on AC/DC circuits, Digital Systems, introduction to PLCs, and Electronic Control Devices.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Associate’s degree in Engineering Technologies or a related field from an accredited university or college, or certification from an industry recognized technical training program. Bachelor degree preferred.
Other combinations of education and industry experience may be substituted for degree/certification requirements.
Experience:
Evidences a history of demonstrating ethical and professional behavior.
3+ years of evidenced Engineering Technologies experience.
Hands-on PLC troubleshooting and programming experience.
Teaching experience preferred.
Demonstrated success in collaborating with various constituencies.
Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:
Licensure/Certification:
Valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
Electrical Journeyman license.
Preference given to an individual that is authorized to teach OSHA-30 general industry.
