Perform independent maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of HVAC, refrigeration, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Program and calibrate Building Automation System (BAS) controls while providing guidance to entry-level mechanics.
Requires a High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and controls. Must hold an EPA Section 608 Universal or Type II certification and a valid driver's license.

Expected pay for this position is $26.99 - $31.75/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

POSITION SUMMARY: The HVAC Mechanic II performs independent maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installations of HVAC, refrigeration, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. This position programs and calibrates Building Automation System (BAS) controls and supports specialized system maintenance. The HVAC Mechanic II applies advanced troubleshooting skills and provides guidance to entry-level mechanics while ensuring system reliability and regulatory compliance.
