The Director of Nursing Operations manages specified nursing units, focusing on the planning of staff, space, supplies, and equipment. They are responsible for directing and evaluating patient care through the efficient use of all available resources.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, a current Illinois Registered Nurse License, and at least 5 years of experience as an RN. A Master of Science in Nursing and 2 years of nursing department management experience are preferred.

Expected pay for this position is $62.64 - $83.00/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
